Vigneron - Cuvée du Patron has a light straw yellow color and has a stable snow-white foam. On the nose, the beer has aromas of mainly citrus, lime and gooseberries, accompanied by hints of tropical fruit. A refreshing acidity awaits the palate, which harmonizes very nicely with a non-intrusive malt body. Bitterness is very restrained and grapefruit and lychee flavors come through on the palate. The harmonious interplay between selected malts, aroma hops, acidity and yeast results in a beer that bears a striking resemblance to a Sauvignon Blanc.
